Finding Private Investment Money It seems like everyone is talking about buying real estate using private loans from private investors. I get three or four emails a week with some expensive seminar pitching how to find private money to fund your real estate deals. Subject: private money investing
Good idea on finding money for your deal. I always think I don't have enough money for a deal I find, but if I was able to share a deal with a friend or friends (I probably have some greedy type friends out there) that would be great. Part of a piece of pie is better than no pie at all. The more of these I can do the closer I am to doing one by myself with money that I have accumulated from several deals.
