Subject: special needs price
I read this article and thought this was a great thing these people did. It is a great idea until you find out what the price of the beds are! What people seem to fail to realize is that usually when you have a special needs child they require 24 hr care meaning one parent doesn't get to work, thus creating a tight budget. Even if the both parents could work, I don't know anyone who could spend 8,000.00 dollars on a bed for their child. I am sure the product is well worth the money, but if they really wanted or cared about the needs of these children they would charge one tenth of that.
