Everything Stops For Tea
By Brian M Ripley

It's an old expression in England and probably elsewhere as well, because there is a world wide appreciation of the therapeutic effects of stopping what you are doing for a cup of tea. So much so, that in a lot of places, a proper ritual must be observed.I don't know much about that, although I once saw a Japanese Tea Ceremony in Disneyland. Whether that has as much to do with a real tea ceremony, as The Pirates of the Caribbean has to do with the real pirates of the Caribbean, I really couldn't say.

This guy Ripley sounds like a knowledgeable chap. I think maybe I'll try tea doing it his way. Seems very complicated for a cup of tea but I'll give it a go and report back.
