I agree with you totally. As for myself, I often get stressed at the work place because I have been associating my work with who I am. I feel like I should be getting paid more for my work and I often feel undervalued at my job. But the truth of the matter is, I am not my work, my work is what I do. When I separate the two and I place more value on who I am, I am relieved of the stress. Thanks for sharing.
