Subject: corporate culture in relationships

There is much to praise in this article, pointing out as it does that corporate culture is a multi-dimensional metaphor and something solid and "real", which can be manipulated at management's easy will. However, I would inject a little more of a "people" element in my own definition, stressing that culture lives in relationships between people and that is where the work - and the magic - has to be.
