I've forwarded this to my son and daughter-in-law. I have 2 grandchildren that are very internet savvy and I want them to be very internet SAFE.

Many thanks, Barbara

It is key that we give children a plan which prepares them for handling whatever life brings. Living in a cyber world requires education and guidance before pushing the "send" button. This does the job. Thanks, Janie

Great Article!

I recently was told a story from a Mom in my bible study that they were online (they go on line with their children…yeah!!!) and was watching a youtube video of the kid on laughing gas from the dentist. Well, when you are on youtube they have other links to similar videos and he went and clicked on it and was watching kids “huff” from whipped cream bottles. His comment was “Wow!! I didn’t know you could do that”!!!! That hit me on so many levels: the innocence of child who just simply didn’t know any better, and what if the parents were not there monitoring what he was watching to explain the implications of doing such acts!! I appreciate your article and the awareness that you are reaching out to parents to let them know what is going on!! If we protect the innocence of our children, such random acts, such as predators will never be known until its too late!! Responsible parenting…that’s a novel concept huh????
