Celebrities and Irrelevant News More Important Than the Housing Market Meltdown

Watching the news, it is hard to believe that there is any major problem with the US economy. Or, if there is a problem it is hard to understand why it is more important than the entertainment section or the sport commentary. The raging foreclosure crisis, a topic with much more personal effects on the average consumer, causing a depression in the real estate market is almost completely ignored.

Subject: celebrity worship and sheep

the average person can be compared to an average sheep. what is worse? an oblivious irrelevant celebrities who buy private islands in the Caribbean or the sheep who worship them? just turn off the TV. i sold mine 2 years ago - the best thing I've done thus far in my life.
