Career colleges have steadily been increasing their enrollment as adult learners decide to return to school. Both Administrators and faculty are charged with recruiting, educating, retaining and successfully graduating their students. Below are several helpful tips for administrators and faculty.

I am not part of faculty or administrators but this is true there are some teachers that just go to get payed and just forget about teaching and give out book work so these are good tips.

Faculty should be made aware of which of their students have academic weaknesses which may put them at risk for prematurely dropping out. When the teacher that I had through this program I found, the above comment to not be true. Because when you have class of 10 or less students, and only one - the same student is always answering the question the teacher should realize that there is a problem, none of the other students are speaking up. I would take that as they do not completely understand the subject matter. I need to focus on them individually but he did not.
