Subject: boorish behavior

I found your article interesting. I am trying to find articles about professional behaviour in the work place. I am a nurse and find some behaviours distasteful and rude. Texting, phone calls etc so I agree with you on this. However there are many more things that happen at work that I am hoping to find topics or articles on. Just as a whole what is professional behaviour and how do we encourage it? Just the opposite for me I find the younger crowd not having basic behaviours. Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter.

Subject: Boorish Behaviors

Boorish behaviors exist because there is a lack of communication, values and reinforcement of those values. This also suggests a strategic plan that sits on the shelf, a lot of finger pointing and bottom line - no personal accountability.
