Subject: Confidentiality and the Portfolio

How does one keep confidential information confidential in a Portfolio, without making it unreadable?

Hi Heidi, 8)

Good question. You would be best served by scanning any documents you have into your PC with a standard high resolution scanner. Then you store them in the PC and keep a personal password to restrict access to the PC. Always have a back up system too. Or you can go the paper route and just keep it in a secure locked fireproof file cabinet too. Darrell 8)
