Avoid the Pet Care Scandal - Stop Needless Vet Costs Ask yourself this question, is my pets vet creating services and or charges for my pet that just aren't needed and taking treats out of the mouth of my pet all to generate more cash flow? Imagine what it would be like to stop paying full price for medications your pet doesn't really need or for issues you can remedy yourself in the comfort and safety of your own home. Subject: Pet Care Scandal You are so dead on this big issue. I have two cats, two dogs and have had for over 9 years now. With the economy it seems our vet keeps adding on to the expense and services which puts me in a horrible place. Money's tight, my kids care deeply about our pets and it really makes me angry that our vet puts me in such a bad position. Thanks for clearing this up. bottom line is the best health and quality of life for our pets. This product is amazing, I love it and will use it and teach my kids the same. We are so grateful to you and ask that you keep up the good work. Sincerely, Jill and Family Comment provided November 2, 2009 at 8:43 am

Subject: Pet Care Scandal I agree with what Kathy writes, she's not saying we don't take our pets to the vet she's just educating us on how to be the best pet care owners we can be. It's like being a parent, some people just shouldn't be. PLEASE one pet care visit a year is NOT the issue. My vet encouraged me to have my dog get a special wash and dry that would prevent his excessive shedding and I did. The moment my dog was brought in the room to me he got excited and began shedding all over the room. I looked up at the tech and shook my head. I later researched and learned for myself that this type of dog sheds when excited....HUM this is the type of issue we are discussing. Comment provided November 2, 2009 at 10:44 am

Subject: Pet Care Scandal I love this product. I've been feeling like I should do more for my pet to cut back on our petcare cost. This is worth every penny. I will use it, my kids love it and so does my wife. This should be in every pet owning and loving household. Thanks Kathy T for spreading this information around.:) My pets thank you too! Subject: Pet Care Scandal?
Although I appreciate the encouragement of pet people to be educated about what their pets need, most of us are not medically trained to determine if our pets are healthy or not. I encourage all of my clients to take their pets to the vet at least once a year for a wellness check which normally entails a weight check, a full exam which includes palpating all organs and glands, looking into the mouth, nose, ears and eyes, checking the coat and asking you about the pet's appetite, changes in behavior, potty habits, etc and if need be, taking blood and urine for lab work. We as lay people can not check these things properly, for the most part. Senior pets need extra attention, esp if they have been diagnosed with diseases or ailments requiring follow up and monitoring. I believe if you trust your vet, you will do the right thing by taking your pet for a regular check up to be proactive about his/her health and wellness.
