One of the most important lessons about Asthma and Allergy control begins in your own home. During an Environmental Inspection of your home, it is important to look for all allergens. The majority of people with Allergies and Asthma stay indoors when there are high counts of pollen and spores. Then on the other hand, you can have dust mites, human and animal dander or cockroaches that can cause problems for you indoors. Remember, if you open the windows, all the allergens in the air will infiltrate your home.
