I bought brand new signature Ashley Furniture last December. It took their warehouse 3 months to finally deliver the furniture. After having it about 5 months it started to rip at the seams. I called the store where I got it and they sent in an order form. I went in a month later and they said they are still waiting for it to be delivered and that they would call and find out what was going on. It is going into the fourth month and so I went and asked who I could contact to get things moving. Called the rep for Montana and he said that he could not help me and that it was not his problem. He said that the store that I bought it from never called them, I have all the paperwork that says they did. On top of it all this sales rep was extremely rude to me. I couldn't believe a business man who works for Ashley furniture could not help me and would rather yell at me for calling him. After this I don't think I will ever purchase Ashley furniture again.
