Subject: Using This Article

I would like to use/quite this article for a radio snippet for Public Radio. We have a show called A Songwriters Studio that has a live interview mixed with live music. I want to do a PSA of sorts entitled Music Matters....do I need your permission to use this article....if so, may I have it.

Subject: Your article

I am researching information on art and music programs in public schools, as part of a team project for a college course I am taking. I am looking to compare statistics of children who went on to college from the Philadelphia area and their success rate when the arts were offered in the public schools vs now, when the arts are an elective, if offered at all. May I reference your article, and do u have any suggestions where I may find info on the subject?
