I was recently in London talking to a proprietor of a new organic tea estate in Northern India. He was telling me that many of the plantations are "just" switching to organic production which is impossible to do in a year as farmers know.
Organic tea will become more prevalent in time, but it's still to difficult to get quality products to the right organic standard.
