I bought a system from the jokers based on how they say that their customer service is second to none and that they will help the customers with any problems that come up installing their system. I got my system and it didn't work. First tech guy i spoke with told me to watch the videos on the web site. No help whatsoever. the next day tech guy had me unpackage everything and and try every possible connection to every camera and every plug on the DVR. Again no help. Third day i called back and the tech guy just said that i needed to call in an independent vendor to see what the problem is. I did. in 5 minutes he found the problem with one of the power supplies. He charged me $65 for a service call and $20 for the new power supply.
I called the Securitycameraking people back today hoping they would do something for me to keep my business. The sales manager and his boss both said all they could do was send me a new power supply. I asked what about all the extra time and money i had to spend to get there product operational. Again their only suggestion was to send me another power pack, which i no longer needed.
I explained that this was just my first of many purchases and i wanted them to do something more for my wasted time and money if they wanted to keep me as a customer. They again only offered a power supply.
Run from these scam artists if you are looking for security systems. They send you faulty equipment, their tech people are uneducated to the product, and they will do nothing as far as helping you once they have your money. They basically tried to act like it was my fault i got bad equipment. Once they have your money you are on your own. Don't expect any kind of customer service, and don't think they are honest and will practice good business sense to keep you as a customer.
Most of the reviews i've read say people only buy stuff from this rinky dink outfit once. They learn quickly who stands behind their product.
