A Good Gumbo Recipe! If you come from the south, you know what good gumbo is. I think if people can boil water and follow directions they can cook gumbo. Subject: Good Gumbo Recipe
Thanks, I tried the roux technique last night and was very satisfied with the results. I don’t normally follow a recipe and since I was making 20 quarts did not follow this exactly, but if someone did would be very satisfied. I added lots more sea food including 5 lbs of fish, 5 lbs of shrimp, 5 lbs of crab meat and 5 lbs of sausage but then it helps to live part time on the coast. Thanks again.
