Subject: The eight minutes Hi This came from an initial time log test that I first conducted four years ago. In one week I spent over 58 hours at my desk and only carried out 13 hours work. The eight minutes has been confirmed by colleagues when they logged their time. If you send me your e-mail address I will give you the instructions on how to set it up and this will really strengthen your case for changes. I wish to use it as part of a paper I am writing to convince management of some changes required. I am happy to attribute the comment to you, but I need to know if it is based on a study.
