Very informative article. However, how you worded the fourth deduction may be a little confusing for people. All persons including self employed individuals are subject to the 50% deduction limit for meals and entertainment. What you were likely referring to is when the customer or client reimburses you for the meal expense, you are not subject to the 50% limit. Publication 463 explains it in a little more detail, but unless you are reimbursed, you are still subject to the 50% limit whether you are self employed or not. I just want to make it clear for all readers so they don't make a mistake on their deductions. Otherwise - great article.
