Last year we offered a handful of authors the ability to send us their articles and we would add those articles for them manually behind the scenes. Over the past year we've created new systems 
that have streamlined our ability to make the offer again for a limited time!
Thanks to a handful of existing high-volumne EzineArticles authors, we have created our first attempt at a human bulk article submission API. We've already processed THOUSANDS of manual article submissions via the new spreadsheet format below and if you can adapt to it or have your article writing team adapt to it... it'll mean a monster savings in time for you along with a much faster to market inclusion in our high-traffic website.
So how's it work? First off, see if you meet the below qualifications:
Qualifications include:
- Assumes standard EzineArticles editorial guidelines apply to all bulk article submissions.
- Minimum of 25+ articles ready to roll. Most send us 100-2000 articles at a time.
- Must be able to add those articles into the spreadsheet provided below, (1) article per row with each article section in the appropriate column.
- Must be an existing EzineArticles.com Member in good standing.
- If using an Alternate Author name, the Alternate Author name must be created prior to sending in the spreadsheet.

Depending on volume, expect a 15+ day turn around on for your bulk article submissions to be added. We are anticipating sooner depending on incoming volume. Every article is still checked and double-checked (just like our normal article approval process) by our editorial team before the article goes live on our website and you will receive email confirmations when your bulk article submission job is completed.
We are hoping to make this an on-going service that we'll provide, but that will depend on whether the market will adopt our spreadsheet submission template. For now, know that we'll be spending the entire month of September looking for bulk article submissions in this new spreadsheet submission format.
