Today, I received a comment in one of my articles regarding depression and it was similar to the comment I received on Sunday, in another article of the same category. I believe it's really good when people leave their comments after reading an article! This is really positive, even when they complain or disagree with the concepts presented in the article because in this way there is a contact between the reader and the author, and the author can explain exactly what the reader wants to learn.
Resistance is something you have to build. It is difficult but indispensable if you wish to get rid of your depression forever and always be strong.
You must believe that this is a matter of life and death and things will only worsen if you don't resist it. If you let the profound indisposition lead your life or if you try to give a superficial and provisory end to this sadness, you are in fact weakened by the great challenge called life.
There is no other solution. Everything that is not based on your own resistance will not work and you will not be happy if you don't learn resistance, since you don't live in a paradise, but in a world full of contradictions and where pain is routine.
You need help and you can have it by interpreting your dreams. The wise unconscious works like a private doctor that examines everything within you, your entire life and future, giving you only very wise advices.
You will be helped, but you have to cooperate with the doctor because the purpose of your psychotherapy is not to give you an ephemeral joy that will last only for a few months, but to give you a new life, a new beginning that will lead you to another level of consciousness and peace, so that your happiness is real and lasting.
Happiness is a very serious matter. Everyone spends their lives searching for it, but only a few people find it.
If you wish to be a human being that will discover happiness and keep it for life, you have to endure your suffering and offer resistance against the attacks on you.
If you don't believe you can ever be happy again, you have to start believing it, because this is possible if you'll be strong.
I know very well what depression means because I suffered depression twice in my life: before and after facing schizophrenia.
I won the battle against craziness, but my depression after seeing the wild side of the human conscience was extremely unbearable...
However, I understood that I had to be a hero and continue my research, continue the psychotherapy I required because I was too selfish and violent until I would be transformed and continue working without falling.
This is how you will find a base for your resistance: you need a philosophical belief that will give a meaning to your suffering and to your resistance in front of it.
You must be a hero and continue, no matter how you feel.
If you continue, you'll feel better until everything really improves, and your depression will completely disappear.
You won't be alone if you interpret your dreams, because the wise unconscious is a very good counsellor that will criticize your life and your decisions and will guide you in this route through dreams.
The beginning may be difficult because you have to be energetic and courageous despite weakness and fear, but at least you can be sure that a happy ending awaits you if you resist and follow the wise guidance received in dreams. The unconscious wisdom is saintly and it only cures. There is no human doctor that can give you the same guarantee!
