Lois Dewitt is a lighting specialist, working part time at the Home Depot in Wilmington, NC. After thirty years of teaching private art classes, she decided to put her course work online--offering her own expertise an art instructor to anyone who would like to take the art lessons on her website. Good interactive art learning and all for free! She has an MFA from Pratt Institute and displays her artwork at Lauren Clark Fine Art in Housatonic, MA and Le Soliel in Carolina Beach, NC. Her many artistic talents and skills are in ceramics, printmaking, oil painting, acrylic painting, drawing, quilting, collage and multi-media constructions. She is the author of, "Pop It In The Toaster Oven," a cookbook specifically for toaster ovens with over 250 easy, healthy recipes. Lois loves to do anything artistic or creative as well as cook fine meals and nurture her flower and vegetable gardens. She is also a Standard poodle enthusiast. Charley is her fourth Standard Poodle and has his own blog. She has recently written two children's stories, "Black Charles and Mrs. Gray" and "When Kevin Was King."
