Prior to Franklin, Ken was Marketing Director at Infobases, Inc., which was the leading electronic publisher of LDS religious content. Ken tripled the purchasing of software by over 650 dealers worldwide.

Ken was educated at the United States Naval Academy and the University of Utah.
