Jacqueline Coote (Jackie) of New Fairfield, Ct., a self-taught artist and a member of the Society of Creative Arts of Newtown (SCAN) and the Putnam Arts Council of Brewster, NY. Jackie painted while in high school and became interested in painting again after she raised her family. Although she had no formal art training she has been painting for the last 9 years and has been busy with her website Impressions by Jackie a note card and invitation custom design service. Her favorite medium is watercolor, although she also paints with acrylics.

Her art dipicts landscapes, floral bouquets, still life, and whimsical scenes. Her artwork can be viewed at The Barn Gallery and Biscotti’s Ristorante in New Fairfield.

Jackie's note cards are available for any occasions and they are also available at The Barn Gallery, The Village Flower Shop both of New Fairfield, CT. Note cards are also sold in sets of 10 or more on the internet. “Nothing leaves an impression like a lasting one…..."
