Specialist in Organisation Developmental modules ranging from Communication skills to Employee Loyalty programs, Corporate skills and Induction programs Having 24 years of experience in diverse industries, he is having hands on experience in general administration, HR, PR, IR and Corporate Training. He contributed articles in many national magazines on training and management. Voracious reader, passionate trainer, mentor, coach, he excels every time as a professional with his vast experience and expertise in his field. He started his career in DRDL, Ministry of Defence in 1984 and moved to Mauritius for better career prospects. He worked in Deccan Chronicle Group, Emmellen Biotech, Mumbai/Mahad, which has moulded him as a complete professional. He was with ICFAI as Senior Trainer – Soft Skills and involved in training future managers by imparting Employability Skills to help them grab a job of their choice. He worked as HR Manager with MedPlexus India Pvt Ltd., located in Hyderabad, India, a Software development Company, headquartered in US. Being a Certified Trainer and Facilitator from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA, (CTF, CAMI, USA), Phani believes in ‘Serving Society through Soft Skills’ who helped many unemployed struggling youth to realize their dreams of grabbing a job of their choice. ‘Share well, care well and fare well’ is his motto in dealing with people online and off line and never contented in sharing his knowledge with the passionate who are ready to update themselves at any given moment.
