[Health-and-Fitness:Weight-Loss] Diets are nothing more than restricting your caloric intake to a level below what your body uses, burns or metabolizes, for a limited amount of time. Where as Life Style Changes, regarding weight-loss, is the process of identifying unhealthy foods that we eat, and replacing them with higher quality, healthier foods.
