- The Stress of Overwhelm
[Self-Improvement:Stress-Management] Feeling overwhelmed is usually related to an adrenaline rush which is a major contributer to stress related symptoms like increased heart rate, shortness of breath and high blood pressure. When under the effects of adrenaline, you feel like you have to keep going (fighting or flighting) so you push and push and push. taught me this lesson. Every one of them was working in some medium other than
their music. Some of them were acting, others painting and still others dancing, but
all agreed their music was improved as a result.
