I run a site called acidhedz.com. Its a site for my music, bands, musicians, home music enthusiasts and acts as a personal blog. I put up thoughts on lots of subjects, but mainly stick to home music production.
I occasionally put up online offers that grabbed my attention, but only after looking them over with a fine tooth comb.
My goal is to show as many people as I can that making music at home is ... [More]

- Top Ten Things a High Quality World of Warcraft Guide Should Include
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] As Online games have become more popular, so to have guides for those games. An entire sub-market has grown around getting the most out of the games, in the shortest time. These are my top ten things to look for in a World of Warcraft guide.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Humans
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] An overview and Review of the Humans of Stormwind. What's good about them, my opinion of them as a player race and other little nuggets.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Night Elves
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] An overview and review on the World of Warcraft race Night Elves. What I like about them, what they do best and a quick once over on their abilities.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Dwarves
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] An overview and review of the Dwarf race in World of Warcraft. What I like about them, the classes I think they work best for, and an overview of their traits.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Gnomes
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] An overview and review of the Gnome race in World of Warcraft. What I like about them, and what they are good at. The gnomes have an interesting back story, and look. They make the best spell casters, but any of their classes can be fun to play. It is an amusing sight to see a gnome warrior in full gear, with a big axe or sword.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Orcs
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] An overview and review of the orcs in World of Warcraft. What I like about them, and the things they are best at. One of my favorite aspects of playing the original Warcraft games was being able to play as either the good guys, or bad guys. Since the Orcs were the focal point of the games, I still like playing them. They are natural warriors, but can make for interesting rogues, shamans and hunters.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Draenei
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] Overview and review of the Draenei race for World of Warcraft. The cool things about them, and why you might want to play one.
- Naruto Vs Naruto Shippuden
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] I'm going to discuss what I like about each series and compare them. What I really enjoy about the original Naruto was the friendships. The relationships between Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.
- A Review of the Series TriGun
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] A classic and oft re-run series, TriGun is a mostly light hearted Anime series combining old west and sci-fi themes. Set on a desert world, where towns are scattered around rare oasis, and terra-forming machines that barely work. I think the one thing that probably sets TriGun apart from the rest of it's kin, is the main character Vash.
- Review of the Fooly Cooly Series (FLCL, Furi Curi)
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] A short series of only 6 episodes, and shown on late night TV a few times, this in one you might have heard of. Maybe you even tried to watch i8t, but had a hard time following the zany, madcap action. Don't feel bad, it took me more than a couple of views to catch what was going on.
- Review of Naruto Shippuden Story Arc One
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] Since this is essentially a restart of the series they needed to reconnect us to the characters. I don't want to give too much away if you are still watching the original series, but at this point Sasuke is with Orochimaru and Naruto has gone off to train for two and a half years. The series starts with Naruto's return and his reconnection to his friends (and vicariously us).
- Why Anime is Just As Good
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] Lots of people consider anime to be the realm of geeks. After all, it's just cartoons right? I say that's ignorance.
- World of Warcraft Class - Warrior
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] The most solid class to start with for a new player. They can dish out damage well, and in the right hands are probably the best tanks in the game. If you level up a warrior with a strong tank build you will never have trouble finding groups to team up with.
- World of Warcraft Races Overview and Review - Undead
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] Being a bit of a goth minded person, I like the undead race. They have a tragic past yet have persevered. Appearance wise, they are one of the more intimidating races. They often have exposed bones, and are all gray and rotting.
- World of Warcraft Class - Warlock
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] Probably the strongest class, with a balancing factor of being difficult to learn. The warlock is an evil SOB, and specializes in destroying enemies as quickly as possible and with as much malice as can be brought to bear. Often they use overkill, and most warlock players seem to take a perverse delight in doing so.
- World of Warcraft Class - Paladin
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] I have never played a paladin, however I have some friends that do and know the class well enough to give a critique. The Paladin is a great healer/tank. That's the role I see the most when I play.
- World of Warcraft Class - Shaman
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] I play shamans often. I think they are the most versatile class in the game, and the most fun to level up into different specs. My preferred spec is a fighter/spell caster.
- World of Warcraft Class - Rogue
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] The rogue Is both the best and worst class you can choose to play for a variety of reasons. For starters they have some of the funnest abilities to just play and experiment with. The different paths lets you custom build a character with a role you want to play.
- World of Warcraft Class - Priest
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] An annoying class to try and play, in my experience. The priest is the most powerful healer in the game, and is the most sought out class for any group activity. The reason is simple, a priest can heal more players, more often and better than any other class.
- World of Warcraft Class - Druid
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] To me the druid is the second stringer of World of Warcraft. The druid can shape shift to a number of different forms, each giving buffs that let you take on different roles. The problem is that you will never be as good as any other class at that job.
- World of Warcraft Class - Mage
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] Mages are the Swiss Army knife of World of Warcraft. They can handle a number of annoying situations with ease, such as teleporting a group directly to far off places, and summoning up food and drink. They can also fill a number of roles in combat, and can be powerful in groups or solo.
- World of Warcraft Class - Hunter
[Gaming:Online-Gaming] The hunter is one of the most versatile classes you can choose in WoW. They have strong crowd control abilities that make them useful to groups, and strong going solo. Since they can multi-task effectively they can function in nearly any role.
- Review of the Anime Series Hellsing
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] A review of the Horror/Action Anime Series Hellsing. A must for Vampire and Zombie Lovers.
- Anime - Subtitles Vs Dubbing
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] It's an argument that's been around since Kung Fu movies and Anime started to become popular. Subtitles or Voice over Dubbing, which is better? Some people don't care, and others will get quite heated over the issue.
- Review of Naruto Shippuden - Story Arc Two
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation] At the end of the first story arc information is revealed that sends Naruto and Sakura off on another mission almost immediately. Kakashi is in the infirmary after the mission (again), so Lady Tsunade assigns a new leader for the mission and reluctantly a replacement for sasuke chosen by the village elders. Thus we are introduced to Sai and Captain Yamato.
