Knife Sharpening - An Intro

Sharpening a knife, like building a fire, is something many people don't learn. I'm amazed to meet people who don't know these basic skills, because I can't imagine a life where you wouldn't need them. Odd though it is to me, today it's easy to get by without learning the simple things that kept people alive from day to day only a few generations ago.
