  • Why Is In Serbia Relatively Low Percentage Of Women In Managerial Position?
    [Business:Small-Business] Among educated people, there are a high percentage of women who are ready to use their knowledge in practice through starting their own business, or employ in managers' positions in existing companies. Because of those reasons, women as carriers of these occupations in our society can examine only in the second half of previous decade. It is still early to estimate their contribution in creation of new businesses and in opening space for employment. Namely, because considering the war in our country, negative rate of investments and huge percentage of workers in grey economy during nineties, their contribution in general economic and social movements certainly cannot be compared with those women in developed and politically and economically stable countries.
