- Building Momentum
[Self-Improvement:Goal-Setting] Did You Know? 95% of all New Year's resolutions are either forgotten or broken by "Blue Monday," the third Monday in January? That's a pretty discouraging statistic. Like you, I've seen all the suggestions to set goals instead of "making resolutions" - make them specific - measurable - give them a time frame.
- Staying Fit Through the Holidays - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] I believe it is NOT what you do from Thanksgiving to New Year's that makes or breaks your fitness plan, but what you do from New Year's to Thanksgiving!! What you consistently do day in and day out is what really matters. Holidays are wonderful, fun times to enjoy with family and friends. We know there will be foods we don't eat normally and most of us will overeat.
- Staying Fit Through the Holidays - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] As I said in part one of this article, I believe it is NOT what you do from Thanksgiving to New Year's that makes or breaks your fitness plan, but what you do from New Year's to Thanksgiving!! What you consistently do day in and day out is what really matters. Holidays are wonderful, fun times to enjoy with family and friends. We know there will be foods we don't eat normally and most of us will overeat.
- More Than the Blues - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Depression] According to Mayoclinic.com, depression is one of the most common health conditions in the world. It is also expected to be the second leading cause of disability for people of all ages by 2020. It is a medical illness involving both the soul (your mind/thoughts and emotions) and the physical body.
- More Than the Blues - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Depression] Rather than immediately resort to pharmaceutical drugs in dealing with symptoms of depression, there are natural supplements and simple methods you can use that will greatly impact your overall health, including your mental health. Even simply improving your diet can decrease your risk of depression and improve your ability to deal with stress and emotional turmoil.
- Wonderful Winter Vegetables!
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] It's always best to take advantage of seasonal and local produce available to you. While we all love those tender spring vegetables in a delicate pasta prima vera, winter vegetables are no slouch! Here are just a few you may want to include in your winter meals.
- Sing, Sing, Sing a Song! Health Benefits of Singing
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Music] What if you went to your health care provider with specific a physical complaint and he or she referred you to a music therapist who recommended twenty minutes of singing daily as the treatment? It isn't as crazy as it may sound.
- Science Catches Up to Scripture - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Our entire world consists of electromagnetic fields of information. According to the laws of physics, if you want to change atoms of physical matter, you must either change the electric or magnetic field. So what does this mean for health? I'm glad you asked!
- Science Catches Up to Scripture - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Recent research in quantum physics proves without a doubt that science and spirituality are intimately connected? It is compelling and very exciting. I like to say it this way: science is finally catching up to scripture. I have always felt that the scriptures hold the key to EVERYTHING!
- A Happy Brain is a Healthy Brain - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Mental-Health] Everyone is not naturally cheerful, positive and optimistic - well not all the time anyway. But, if you find yourself struggling with pessimism and your moods tend toward the negative more than you'd like, I have a few suggestions for you.
- A Happy Brain is a Healthy Brain - Part One
[Self-Improvement:Happiness] Did you know that happiness - cultivating a consistently positive mood - plays a critical role in brain health and vitality. Depression has actually been shown to increase the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. God clearly tells us in Proverbs 17:22 that a merry heart does good like medicine! And without the nasty side-effects, I might add.
- How Stress Affects Your Genes - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Anxiety] Although stress can damage your body, even down to the genetic level, you have the ability to directly influence the way you age, based on your mental outlook and the habits you choose to cultivate. That's good news!
- How Stress Affects Your Genes - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Anxiety] Stress affects us physically. We all know that. Just look at a picture of any president on the day he was sworn in and four years later -- the change can be dramatic! However, studies are now revealing that stress can actually change the expression of our genes!
- Is Your Food Talking to You?
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] We have conversations every day - with family, friends, employers, strangers - even with ourselves - at least I admit I do. There is a conversation that goes on daily of which you may be totally unaware. Research proves that food is a metabolic messenger providing specific information to your genes. Foods can actually communicate with your genes, turning off those that are destructive and inflammation-producing and turning on those that protect your health. Your food is actually talking to you at the genetic level!
- Staying Healthy During Flu Season - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Alternative] There are natural supplements and strategies you can use in order to boost your immune system and help your body avoid colds and flu. I will suggest some specific supplements and suggestions you may consider including in your prevention arsenal.
- Staying Healthy During Flu Season - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Alternative] Common sense is your first, most important tool! Washing your hands, staying warm and getting adequate sleep and rest may seem like no brainers. They are the first steps to staying healthy when everyone around you may be sneezing.
- Swine Flu - Should You Get the Vaccine?
[Health-and-Fitness:Diseases] Everywhere you look and everything you hear centers around swine flu lately. There is talk of mandatory vaccinations of school children and health care workers; seniors, pregnant women and very young children are always the prime candidates for vaccinations of this type. But is this the best answer?
- Irritable Bowel - Steps to Overcoming It
[Health-and-Fitness:Home-Health-Care] Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a group of symptoms indicating a malfunction of the bowel. Unlike celiac disease, this is not an autoimmune "disease." It is a "syndrome" which means a group of symptoms, the most common of which are cramping, abdominal swelling, discomfort or pain, spastic contractions of the colon, bloating, gas, whitish mucus in the stool, diarrhea, and/or constipation.
- Reframing Situations
[Self-Improvement:Positive-Attitude] An event has no emotional impact until we give it meaning according to our beliefs, values, past experiences, likes and dislikes. In other words, our perception of any event is our reality! How you think defines and determines how you react in any given circumstance. One person may see an event in a positive way while another may see it as disastrous. There is a very effective and relatively simple method for dealing with these illogical, unrealistic or negative perceptions. The experts call it "reframing."
- Meditation - Cultivating Inner Quiet Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Meditation] There are different ways to meditate on God's Word and spend quality time in His presence, allowing him to draw you into a closer, more intimate relationship. I want to focus on one in particular.
- Meditation - Cultivating Inner Quiet Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Meditation] The negative effects environmental noise has on your health including hearing loss, increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and increased appetite leading to weight gain are no secret. What I want to focus on today is quieting the inner noise, which is just as destructive to true health. "Internal noise" or the constant stream of self-talk that runs through your mind can greatly impact your health as well.
- Refocus Your Lens
[Self-Improvement] Reframing or refocusing, as I call it, is finding the positive in any situation. There is always something we can learn and some positive we can glean from it. We can't always control what happens to us, however, we ALWAYS have the power to choose to control our response to it.
- Take a Deep Breath! How Breathing Affects Health
[Health-and-Fitness] Did you know that you take between 18 and 26,000 breaths every day? You require 88 lbs. of oxygen daily - it is the most critical chemical in your body. Your brain alone requires 25% of the oxygen you take in. Breathing is the only bodily function which can be done either consciously or unconsciously. The average person uses only twenty percent of their lung capacity. Increasing oxygen content in all the cells of the body can produce dramatic changes in general health and mood.
- Prayer - Basic Mind-Body Therapy - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] As human beings we exercise our faith numerous times daily - we turn the key in the ignition expecting the car to start; we sit on the chair expecting it to hold us. How much more should we as Christians use our faith in God, who has assured us many times that His will for us is to live healthy, abundant lives. (3 John 2, Luke 9:11, Ps. 103:3) Lack of total understanding is not an issue. I don't fully understand how a car runs, but I still drive. Even though we cannot yet quantify and explain fully the mechanisms of faith and prayer as they relate to healing, we can access these spiritual forces.
- Prayer - Basic Mind-Body Therapy - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Did you know that prayer is the most basic mind-body therapy known to man? In fact, even though some experts are only realizing how important your spirit is to your physical health now, Hippocrates, the father of medicine, believed that the moral and spiritual aspects of a person's life affected their health.
- Let There Be Quiet! How Noise Affects Health
[Health-and-Fitness] Noise powerfully affects your health. We are surrounded by noise in various degrees, however, I realized the impact it has in a personal way recently.
- Oh, My! Candida!
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] While my title is a play on the first few words of an old Tony Orlando song, Candida is no laughing matter. Ask anyone who has experienced it. Candida albicans is a common, fungal form of yeast that lives in a moist, warm environment. It's believed that Candida is present in at least 90% of people. It grows most commonly on the mucus membranes of the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts in our bodies. However, it can grow almost anywhere in your body and cause problems.
- Gluten: Friend of Foe?
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Celiac disease is one of the most common chronic health disorders in the western world. It is also one of the most under and mis-diagnosed. Until recently, medical schools taught that celiac disease was relatively rare and only affected about 1 in 2,500 people. Recent studies and advances in diagnosis show that at least 3 million Americans, or about 1 in 133 people have celiac disease, but only 1-in-4,700 is ever diagnosed! So what is celiac disease?
- Getting Rid of Candida
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] In order to clear your body of Candida and rebalance your system, there are several things you should avoid and some things you must be sure to do. One of the most critical and basic things you can do is to clean up your diet by eliminating processed foods, simple carbohydrates and sugar.
- Basic Communication - Quality Questions For Quality Results
[Relationships:Communication] Asking effective questions is actually an art that we can develop and forms the basis for truly effective communication. Tony Robbins, the motivational expert, says that thinking is actually a process of asking and answering questions. Think about that. It's so true! You are constantly asking yourself questions and answering them.
- Meal Combining For Better Health
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] There are some strategies you can try that may seem a bit "unusual" that can jumpstart your digestive health. Here are two different protocols you may consider trying. Keep in mind that these practices work for some people and are ineffective for others. Neither is harmful, so if you choose, you can try one or both and see if you find any improvement. The only way to find out what is right for you is to experiment: try it, pay close attention to your body's response, keep track in your journal and assess the changes.
- Food Sequencing
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Food Sequencing is a strategy you can try that may seem a bit "unusual" that can jumpstart your digestive health? Remember that this protocol works for some people and is ineffective for others. It is not harmful...
- Choose Life - Part Two
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] I would like to offer six very simple, doable suggestions for rebalancing your gut flora and strengthening your digestive system as well as your immune system and improving your overall health. Choosing life includes using probiotics and eating a healthy diet!
- Choosing Life - Part One
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] We have always known that the gut is responsible for digesting and absorbing the food we eat. But did you know that approximately 85% of your immune system is located there as well? Let's focus on the importance of good nutrition and what is in your gut.
- Are You in the Dark?
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Light is critical to every aspect of a truly vibrant, healthy life of wholeness. Light as it relates to your soul (your mind, will and emotions) can mean bringing to light thoughts, attitudes, beliefs or feelings we may need to change. When people are deprived of light, depression sets in. Many people struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) during the darker winter months.
- Eternal Words
[Self-Improvement:Personal-Growth] Once you speak a word, it exists forever. The laws of physics tell us that energy in the universe is never lost. It is transformed from one state to another. Sound waves never disappear. Sound is an energetic disturbance that causes a movement of particles. Because space is a vacuum with no matter, sound is unable to "travel." Think about the implications.
- Faith As a Seed
[Self-Improvement:Spirituality] The term "seed" refers to anything that can be sown. I don't know about you, but when I hear the phrase 'sowing seeds' I immediately picture a farmer moving down neat rows of tilled soil and methodically planting. Spiritually, that phrase tends most often to refer to financial seed. However, just as there are many different types of plant seeds, there are also many types of spiritual seed as well.
- Are You on Autopilot? Practicing Mindfulness
[Self-Improvement:Spirituality] How often do you get "worked up" over what might happen? If you're like me and most people and you are honest, the answer is probably every day! What a total waste of time. We spend more time worrying about the future or regretting and rehashing the past than we do living in the present moment. We tend to fly through the days on autopilot. Doing things automatically and not really being present and aware. We don't pay attention! The crazy thing is the only thing we really have is this present moment and we waste more of them than we appreciate and live to the fullest.
- Seven Habits of Vibrantly Healthy People
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Living a life of wholeness can seem like a losing battle. Don't be discouraged. It is possible. Begin by getting back to the basics. For me, that means following Biblical principles of health and wholeness. It can be as easy as substituting life for death! Here are seven life-enhancing strategies that will help you become vibrantly healthy.
- Do You Know Your Numbers?
[Health-and-Fitness:Hypertension] High blood pressure or hypertension is called a "silent killer" because it is painless and symptomless - until it's too late. Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in our country. There is no single action you can take that will change your life as dramatically as taking control of high blood pressure and cholesterol, which usually go hand-in-hand.
- Basics of Healthy, Dense Bones
[Health-and-Fitness] We adults have 206 bones in our bodies. Our bones form the framework for our bodies.
- Keep Moving - Tips For Natural Arthritis Relief
[Health-and-Fitness:Arthritis] Arthritis affects more than 30 million Americans, resulting in severe pain and disability. While osteoarthritis is the most common type, there are 100 other conditions, which affect joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and cartilage. Rheumatoid arthritis and gout are the other two most familiar types.
- Are You Coaching Material?
[Self-Improvement:Coaching] Research shows that by reducing just one health risk factor you can increase a person's productivity on the job by 9% and reduce absenteeism by 2%. While different people have different needs at various stages in their lives, most people share all six of these to varying degrees.
- In the Mood For Food - How Emotions Affect Your Digestion
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] It is critical to know what state of mind you are in while you eat. When you are angry, stressed or fearful, those emotions cause biochemical changes in your body. Different hormones and chemicals are released into your bloodstream.
- Does One Size Really Fit All? Choosing the Right Diet For You
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Each one of us is unique in every way - God created us that way. We know our fingerprints are one of a kind and belong solely to us. But we are also each biochemically unique. For example, I'm sure you know some people who are vegetarians and are healthy and energetic. They love eating plant foods, grains and seeds and thrive on that type of diet. In fact, they tend to feel lethargic and bloated when they eat animal protein. Then there are those other people who feel weak and shaky unless they have some type of animal protein at each meal - and they are just as healthy.
- Who Do You Believe? Making Sense of Medical Research Studies
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Contrary to what some believe, God never intended for us to blindly believe and follow - anyone! Including Him. He created us with a functioning mind, intellect, common sense (I know, we could disagree here) and the freedom to make our own choices and decisions. Unfortunately, in some areas we become lazy and complacent and allow ourselves to accept biased, false information as if it were truth. Where our health is concerned, this can mean the difference between life and death - literally.
- The Heart of the Matter - How Heart Rhythms Affect Your Health, Spirit and Relationships
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Much research has been done on how your heart rhythms affect your immune, hormonal and nervous systems. Your heart rhythm is a powerful energetic force that not only affects you, but also is felt by those around you. Did you know that your heart's energy field can be felt across the room? Just recall a time when a very angry person entered a crowded room and how that one person's energy changed the entire atmosphere of the room! Your heart-felt emotions and energy powerfully affect, not only you, but also the people around you. The converse is also true - you are also affected by other people's heart energy waves.
- It Will Do You Good - The Healing Power of Music
[Arts-and-Entertainment:Music] Did you ever wonder why music is so important to God? Sure it gives us pleasure. Everyone has their own personal taste in music. The Lord's creativity is obvious in all the different styles and genres of music. However, what I would like to draw your attention to is that science has been researching music's health benefits. I would like to share some fascinating facts about music ad health borne out by scientific studies.
- Father Always Knows Best - Harness the Power in Your Thoughts and Words
[Relationships:Communication] Death and life are in the power of the tongue according to Proverbs 18:21. If you've been a Christian for very long, you've heard numerous teachings on the power of your words. The problem is that sometimes we tend to over-spiritualize verses like these. We relegate them solely to the spiritual realm rather than apply them to our everyday, physical lives in a real way. Every Word of God is powerful, practical and purposeful. As a biblical health coach, I am fascinated by how God's principles of health and wholeness are daily being recognized and proven scientifically. Also, being a wife and mom, those truths hit home in a very profound way.
- Don't Just Survive it - Thrive! Tips For Your Freshman Year in College
[Reference-and-Education:College-University] You've chosen the college you want to attend and you've been accepted. Congratulations! You're preparing to embark on an entirely new and exciting stage of your life. College is more than just more school. You are charting the course for your future. Beginning college life is the greatest year of transition you will have experienced so far. That may seem overwhelming, but every step you take prepares you for the next one. You're excited, a little frightened and full of questions. Attending orientation is a good starting point, but you may still have some unanswered questions.
- God's Time Management Strategy
[Self-Improvement:Spirituality] Time. Everyone seems to have a love-hate relationship with it. We all crave more. It drags when you're a kid counting down the days to Christmas. It flies by way too quickly with each passing year. Wishing there were more hours in the day doesn't help. No matter how much we wish, pray or work, every one of us gets the very same 24 hours each day.
- 9 Things You Can Do to Avoid the Flu
[Health-and-Fitness] The Center for Disease Control estimates 10-20% of Americans will get the flu during flu season. The flu is a virus. Some viruses can live anywhere from 20 minutes up to 2 hours or more on surfaces like doorknobs, computer keyboards, phones, money, desks and cafeteria tables. You can pick up these viruses by simply touching those surfaces with your hands. The tops and palms of your hands can contain hundreds to thousands of germs, particularly under and around fingernails, where even thorough hand-washing fails to adequately reach. Adults touch their faces more than 15 times per hour (children many times more!). Every time you touch a virus-infested surface and then touch your own eyes, nose or mouth, you have successfully auto-inoculated yourself with that virus!
- Why Am I So Tired? Could it Be Mono?
[Health-and-Fitness:Diseases] You are a busy student, involved in extra curricular activities, working an after-school job several times a week, and hanging out with friends. Your days are jam-packed. Getting enough sleep and eating nutritious food take a back seat to your hectic schedule. You think, "I'm young and strong and I can power through it." Then you may begin experiencing symptoms like extreme fatigue. These symptoms can mean several things, including a bad case of the flu. However, a blood test may reveal something else - mono.
- A's to Zzz's - Sleep Strategies For Teens
[Health-and-Fitness:Sleep-Snoring] Did you know, you can live without food for several weeks, but only ten days without sleep? It's true! Psalm 127:2 says: "In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat - for he grants sleep to those he loves." Life gets hectic - school, sports, work, studying, homework, friends - God says there's a time for everything (Ecclesiastes 3:1). You don't have to "do it all," just what God calls you to do. Rest and sleep are part of a balanced life. Teens sometimes find it hard to get enough sleep.
- Calm Down! 7 Stress Management Tips For Teens
[Self-Improvement:Stress-Management] Anxious. Nervous. Worried. Frightened. Tense. Overloaded. Stressed out! Stress is just a normal part of life. It isn't necessarily a bad thing. Stress very simply is how you perceive certain events and how your body reacts to them. The stress you may experience about an upcoming math test motivates you to study harder and is over as soon as the test is. However, when you constantly feel stressed out, that is where real problems can begin.
- Adrenal Fatigue - Are You Running on Empty?
[Health-and-Fitness:Womens-Issues] Whether we are stay-at-home moms, have grown children and now care for aging parents; work full-time, part-time, are business owners or any combination thereof, we have all become twenty-first century Proverbs 31 women! Multitasking is standard operating procedure. We have begun to wear our busyness as a badge of honor. Being stressed-out, running on empty and exhausted is the norm. Whether we experience physical, mental or emotional stress, it all takes a toll on our health. There is always a price. From our mid-thirties on, most of us suffer some degree of adrenal fatigue and don't even realize it. Never heard of adrenal fatigue? Many main stream doctors do not even recognize this extremely common condition, although it is becoming more widely recognized.
- Acid Or Alkaline - Why a Balanced PH is Critical to Health
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Do you know what your pH is? pH stands for "potential of hydrogen' and measures the acidity or alkalinity of a solution, which in the case of your body, is water. Your body composition is approximately 70 percent water and your blood is 90 percent water. A higher pH indicates an alkaline, oxygen-rich inner environment. A lower pH indicates an acidic, oxygen deprived body. Excess acidity (acidosis) creates an internal environment that is conducive to disease, including cancer.
- Think, Speak, Act - 3 Simple Steps to Holistic Health
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] "I am a diabetic." "My arthritis is acting up." "I am a cancer patient." "I am fat and I always will be." How many times have you heard people refer to themselves in this way? Taking ownership in this way is destructive. Why would you want to personally take ownership of something like arthritis or angina or any other disease? Yet we say things like this without really thinking about it all the time.
- The Power of Faith and Expectation - Create a Healing Atmosphere
[Health-and-Fitness:Mind-Body-Spirit] Much is said about the importance of cleaning up your diet, eliminating junk food, drinking enough water and taking the right supplements in order to help your body heal. And those are all very important things we must pay attention to. However, there is another facet to healing that is many times overlooked and that is the power of your faith - your thoughts, words, beliefs and expectations - to create a healing atmosphere.
- Supplements Are All the Same - Right?
[Health-and-Fitness:Supplements] Why are vitamins and other nutritional supplements such big business today? Why do even the major health agencies, including the AMA, American Heart Association, American Dietetic Association and the American Lung Association, all recommend taking a daily multivitamin? Back in Biblical times and even back several generations ago, the foods grown in the fields contained all the natural, essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients God originally created them to have. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case today.
- Beyond the Rainbow - 9 Nutritious White Vegetables
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] "Fill your plate with a rainbow of vegetables." While this is definitely excellent advice and something we should do daily, let's not ignore the white vegetables. Simply because they don't sport the vibrant colors of their more popular counterparts doesn't mean they are lacking in nutrition. If you will include some of these paler vegetables in your diet regularly, you will not only add variety and flavor to your meals, you will boost the nutritional value as well.
- Spice it Up - Improve Your Health With Herbs and Spices
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Who would have thought that simply using different herbs and spices to flavor and enhance your foods you can boost the nutritional value of your meals and gain amazing health benefits as well? Research shows that adding various spices to your meals is synonymous with promoting health and well-being, as well as increasing the nutritional value of your food without adding any extra calories! Herbs and spices actually add more than just color and flavor, they also increase nutrient density, antioxidant activity, suppress certain cancers, exhibit antibacterial activity, increase your metabolism, reduce blood glucose and blood fat levels, as well as blocking the formation of AGEs (advanced glycation end products), agents that cause inflammation and aging.
- Faith at the Quantum Level
[Self-Improvement:Inspirational] As Christians we know that faith is the substance of things hoped for (Hebrews 11:1). So, faith is a thing - a substance. It's not a substance like a chair or a car. It is not a visible, solid, or at least what appears to us at the moment as a solid substance. But it is a substance none-the-less. In Matthew 17:20 Jesus Himself tells us we need faith only the size of a mustard seed. The principle of sowing seed is basic in scripture. Our faith (what we believe) is a seed we sow in order to reap a harvest on that seed. The harvest, of course, is whatever we believe for. Our words are also seeds we can sow to produce either faith or unbelief.
- Food Combining - Creating More Nutritious Meals
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] Did you know you can combine certain foods in order to increase the nutritional value of each? The naturally occurring chemical components in certain foods are intensified and made more bioavailable when they are properly combined. Here are seven simple ways to get more bang from your nutritional buck.
- Proper Food Preparation - 7 Secrets to Unlock Nutritional Value
[Health-and-Fitness:Nutrition] If you think buying, cooking and eating fresh, natural, organic whole foods would be adequate to get the most nutrition, you would only be partially correct. Using the highest quality raw ingredients is step one. The second part of the equation is learning a few strategies that enable you to prepare those foods in a way that unlocks every bit of their nutritional value. Here are 7 simple things you can do.
- Health Or Wholeness - It's Your Choice
[Self-Improvement:Spirituality] Wholeness is so much more than simply "health" as we usually think of it. When someone says they want to be healthy, they usually refer to losing weight, getting blood sugar or cholesterol under control, cleaning up their eating habits or beginning an exercise program.
