[Real-Estate:Foreclosures] Everyone is asking themselves the same question. "Is this a time to be investing in real estate, or staying away from it?" A wise man once gave this statement, "Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful!" That wise man is Warren Buffet, investment billionaire.
