Yes you have heard it right; essential fatty acids can control your blood pressure effectively and naturally. Blood pressure and omega 3 have been linked for many years now. Secondly, they reduce the harmful triglycerides and increase the HDL or good cholesterol levels in the blood stream. This keeps our cholesterol levels under control and reduces the risk of coronary heart diseases.

Studies related to blood pressure and omega 3 show that people who regularly consume fish oils have 67% lower rates of cardiovascular disorders.

If you want a healthy heart and normal blood pressure then consume pharmaceutical grade, molecularly distilled fish oils since they are the best form of supplements.
