Cheese lovers be forewarned: you may be in for some disappointment if you're expecting tofu to taste like Feta cheese or chickpeas like Havarti. Some people who want to cook barbecue usually hit the cookbook for the perfect barbecue recipe while others go online to look for the perfect recipe only to find out the barbecue turned out bad because they've used too much fire or too much smoke, wrong type of wood, wrong cut of meat, etc. You ask yourself what went wrong when you followed the ingredients properly. The ingredients were okay, no doubt about that. The problem is how you cook barbecue. - The Champagne Taste-Beer Budget Cookbook by Woodrow Wilson
