The most common mistake that body builders make is to compare themselves with other body builders. Yet some of these body builders that you hold in such high esteem, or who form a basis of comparison, don't deserve the honor. Some started their training a long time back, before you knew of bodybuilding. These impressive muscled tigers have sacrificed much on the bodybuilding alter, experiencing strains, pains and a lot of problems, to be where they are. Some have gone through moments of ill health, disappointments and injuries.

In bodybuilding, we shouldn't have copy and paste exercise programs. Bodybuilding is not an art class, or an arithmetic puzzle. You are building the physique, building a human body, remember? Human beings have different bodies in both sizes and stature. It is better if you get your own training materials before starting out on your bodybuilding routine. Get your own gear, you own goals, your own strategies, your style and more importantly, your own training objective. This will avoid some typical problems associated with bodybuilding. It's not wrong or to work a little harder in you bodybuilding training than the next guy. The harder you work the better the results, all featured in a good-looking body.

Some of the most common problems with the body builders are as follows and some tips to help solve these problems:

Many body builders experience pain in there wrist. Wrists might hurt a lot when you try to do stomach bicep curls. If this pain is persistent, and you don't take care of it appropriately, the result might be a major muscle injury in future. The wrist pain is caused by bending in a more extreme position when doing the barbell biceps. Ensure that you use the Z- bar when doing the biceps curl, since the bar helps you avid forcing your wrist to bend to an extreme position, beyond their natural degree.

Getting hungry at night is another problem that the bodybuilders face. Many bodybuilders undertake intensive training sessions and still want to save money by not eating well. When you go through a demanding training routine and then eat cheaply, you will definitely experience a problem of perpetual hunger, especially at night. Another key cause of starvation among body builders is starvation diets intended to aid fat loss. What you should never forget is that health is not achieved by only losing weight or loosing unwanted fats rather, but also by eating well and a range of other cares. You can't just lose fat by not eating well, you will just be adding problems in your body. At all times, you need to take drinks rich in proteins, preferably creamy food which usually fills up your stomach with high-carb calories.

Others have problem of calves in plateau growth. If your calves just won't grow despite intensive and demanding exercises routines, then there is a problem. Ask yourself what's the problem, but then again don't worry too much for the solution is simple. Stop doing calve exercises as the last training in your workout session. Do them right at the beginning of your training session. Again, ensure that the full range motion is achieved until muscles are trained to failure. Eat right, workout consistently and it will happen.
