Let me tell you something. It may be hard to hear but you will lose your ex if you don't follow this. Forget anything else you have been told. I have been where you are now and I know how it hurts.

1. The first thing you have to do is say to yourself "I will get my ex back". Say it out loud and mean it, convince yourself that you will. This is where real success comes in life, when people believe in themselves.

2. Then you have to sit down and write out a plan of what you are going to do. Don't let some other guy or girl be the one who ends up with your ex, make sure it is you. Nothing in life happens without a solid plan.

If you leave this thing to fate then be prepared to see your ex with someone else. Or if you can't handle that then be prepared to leave town and start your life again somewhere else.

3. Whatever you do think about this thing objectively. Don't act on your emotions and let your feelings make the decisions for you. This will spell disaster. You have got to keep a cool head. People often ruin the chance of a speedy reunion by running to their ex and begging them to stay. Don't fall into this trap.

Think straight and you will get your ex back. Your ex loves you. On the surface it may look different but love doesn't disappear overnight.
