In case your abdominal muscles are slightly not up to par, you can give them a boost by correcting your posture. Straighten your back occasionally so that you can pull your abs in. Do this while you are standing or seated, and you will see an improvement in your body shape. People who do activities such as Pilates, yoga or ballet usually have very good posture which leads them to have good abdominal muscles in turn.
If you are a person who already has good abs as a result of doing these activities, you should spend some time to do fat loss exercises so that your abdominal muscles are fully visible. Don't spend your effort doing abdominal exercises because that could result in your midriff jutting out.
With a minimum of effort and some knowledge of how to lose weight in a healthy manner, you will have 6 pack abs that will be the envy of all.
