Work at Home - No More Job Interviews

Expert Author Tommy Kas

If you are looking for extra motivation when it comes to your home business, than one of the best ones that I can think of is not having any more job interviews. All of us had a multiple of those, and I think that avoiding them for the rest of our lives is the boost of confidence that might just bring your business over the top. Think about the process of getting a regular job and where that gets you in the end.

Things have changed, and in this day and age it is no longer guaranteed that your career will last past a couple of years or even months, and so let's forget the one job for an entire live ordeal. This means that you will switch careers, have multiple bosses, and have to go on many jobs interviews. You will have to lie and basically beg for a job that you know is mostly nonsense, and will get you nowhere just to repeat the process all over again in a bit.

The next time that you are down and feeling negative about your business think about your last job. I mean you should really think about it, and not just the work itself, but the entire process of getting the job as well. From the writing of the resume, to going through the interviews, to the day that you left the company. If this does not get you moving it means that you either really love your last job, you are not ready for a home business or this is simply the wrong match for you.

Some people do love being told what to do, and it does not matter if they tell you otherwise as that is a fact. In this instance it is very heartbreaking to see them start a company and waste a lot of their time to fail. I for myself cannot picture listening to another manager telling me how great the opportunity is and where I can see myself in a few years from now when all I am getting is a dead end job. In this economy the dead end job will probably not be full time, paying well, or have benefits. This is an even bigger incentive in my opinion.

I understand that it is not easy to work for yourself, but nothing in life that is worth having is easy. Think about your current relationship, kids or pet and that will qui8ckly become obvious. When you are down it is usually a factor of motivation, or maybe your "why" is just not big enough. The money is always an issue, and I do realize that, but if you have a clear plan and believe in what you do then the cash usually follows. It is impossible for me to judge your actual business, as I do not know what your business plan is but the fact is that you do need all of the extra motivation you can get when working on your own.
