We all know when a baby arrives into your life it's an exciting time. This is an amazing time for you because everything is new and takes you time to adjust to everything. The same can be said for your baby and not many people realize this, but they do have a few essential things that they are quite capable of doing like sleeping and eating.

Something that can be quite difficult for parents to get used to is their babies sleeping pattern. They find it quite difficult to understand that there be born baby will not sleep through the night. The funny thing is that they have their own schedule and in some cases is the same as ours but in most cases it is completely different. It's not nice as a new parent to be woken up many times during the night and it can be quite stressful and difficult if you are holding down a full-time job also.

We all know that there are a few special babies out there who will sleep all night long. Unfortunately for the majority of us this is not the same case. In the beginning of your baby will wake up when they want their diaper changed they do not like the wet sensation so will wake up and look to be changed and cleaned. Sometimes they will wake in the middle of the night because they are hungry. Their little tummy is on the table to hold much food so will look to be fed on a regular basis. Then sometimes your baby will simply not be used to sleeping for long periods at a time.

After a while you will start to see that your baby wakes up at irregular times throughout the night. You will start to gauge roughly when they will wake up. It does get better, because as they get older their little tummies become bigger so they are able to eat more during a feed. The first couple of months of any newborn babies' life can be quite difficult for new parents. Especially if they have not had a proper night's sleep for a few weeks. But it does get better over time as your baby gets a little bit older.
