This is a question that many couples ask themselves when the ugly head of infidelity shows up in the marriage. And the answer is usually "No". But with a little communication and some hard work, your marriage can be come a marriage of strength and trust again. Any marriage can be returned to the former glory that it once was. All you need to do is find out why the infidelity came about and find ways to keep it from happening again.

The first step is to open the lines of communications. Talking to you spouse is going to be a difficult task. The pain is fresh and the trust has been broken between the two of you. But if the marriage is to survive, both you and your spouse will need to start talking to get the ball rolling.

Find out why the infidelity has happened. Was it because of weakness on the part of your spouse? Was it because you were not making yourself available for your spouses needs? What ever the reason, it needs to be brought out into the open for both off you to recognize the weakness in your marriage.

Then it is time to start the sating process again. Go out on a few dates to get that spark back in your relationship. Get to know each other again. Your marriage will become a strong marriage if you and your spouse are able to get by this ruff patch in your relationship. You will be able to look back at this tough time and remember how each of you stuck by one another and worked it out. You will both find a greater appreciation for each other and your bond will be that much stronger.
