Exercise is a very healthy activity. It not only helps you to stay fit but it also helps you to control your weight regularly. If you are already smart and slim and don't want to get fat then you should walk or jog at least 1 kilometer daily to keep your weight stable and under control.

Most of the doctors will suggest you to jog daily for about 2 or 3 kilometers continuously for months. There is no doubt that they are right and it is the best method to lose weight. Doctors usually recommend going for the natural methods to lose weight so to avoid any kind of side effects or any kind of other disease during the usage of artificial methods. But some people find it difficult to go for some exercise daily to many reasons like some of them can't jog because they are not fit or are old. And others just hate to do exercise. For these types of people it is difficult to lose weight through exercise

Doing exercise is not at all an easy task as it requires both energy and willingness to do it.
