Why is Juggling So Good?

Juggling is a very attractive recreation, which is really easy to learn and with a training you can master it. There have been a lot of studies concerning juggling and the discoveries where quite amazing, not only does juggling improve your coordination, vision, reflexes ... but it also increases grey matter in certain area of your brains !

Juggling has developed in Europe in the past 20 years and it is spreading pretty fast. It gives people an amazing opportunity to develop creative skills and show that skills to others that are attracted by these skills. People that have learned to juggle have been proved as less aggressive, those people where much more sociable and communicative, they were concentrating much easier, they had better results at learning and in school and they have also developed a much better balance and coordination. Juggling also gives people an opportunity to be active instead of sitting in front of computer or television, you can make juggling as your regular habit and also juggling is one of the rear activities that is developing right hemisphere of your brains.

Juggling is also an activity that is becoming popular among sportsmen ! It is good for your (quote from: jumpusa.com) "Ambidexterity, Hand-Eye Coordination, Depth Perception, Peripheral Vision, Neuromuscular Balance, Quickness Under Control, and Concentration for such activities as Baseball hitting and Basketball Free throw shooting."

So why wouldn't you juggle ? It is easy to learn, it doesn't take you more than 30minutes and it will improve your body and brain skills.
