In Network Marketing, the most important thing is to have a system that is easily duplicated. Why? The whole concept of Network Marketing is based on helping others to build their own business. As other people in your group build their businesses yours naturally builds itself. If you have a system that works already you can share that with everyone in your group and they can duplicate your system.

Now how to you create your system? Well, the best way is to find a sponsor who has a system that is already working and to duplicate it. Use their system to build your business and share it with everyone in your group. Now, you can create your own system entirely BUT using an already proven strategy will reduce the time you spend getting started. It could take months or even years to create your own strategy. Why not just benefit off of a system that is already working? That is the overall concept in this business anyway. So why not put it to good use.

What systems work? Many many different systems work well. There are so many ways to make this business successful. An expert network marketing sponsor will be able to share with you their system and you can copy it identically or tweak it with your own personal style. The internet has become a powerful tool in NM systems and many expert network marketing sponsors are using it to their advantage. When you are thinking of joining an opportunity, ask your potential sponsor if they use the internet in their system.

How can you find a sponsor? Many expert network marketing sponsors write blogs which showcase their knowledge and expertise. Visit a few blogs and read them regularly to get a feel for their style and personality. Then when you feel comfortable reach out to them and ask the questions you need answered. Most people are very open to hearing from you and want to talk to you so don't worry about that!

A great sponsor will act as a mentor and a coach. For example, in my group every new person in the business gets to have a personal once a week coaching session on the phone to help you get started. You are also provided with training materials that are unique to my specific system. These are things you should look for when choosing your sponsor.
