The other day someone wrote to me wanting to know "who is the cheapest Medifast dealer?" from whom to buy the foods and products. The person who wrote the email had the perception that this diet's products were sold at many stores, clinics or from individual sellers. This is often not the case, which I'll explain in the following article.

Why There Are Only A Few "Medifast Dealers": In truth, there are only a few places to get these products. They aren't sold in stores. There are a few clinics scattered about, but many people do not access to one that is close by. By far, most people just order their products directly from the company online. The company has a website from which you can order everything that you might need. With coupons, you can sometimes get free shipping.

Now, the confusion comes in when people see Medifast links on other sites. These sites are not the company or the manufacturer. There are third parties who often offer specials and incentives, but they themselves are not selling the food and really should not be claiming to.

Medifast On Craigslist And eBay: The person who wrote the email asked if there were dealers or distributors on these sites. My impression is that the folks here are selling foods that they are no longer going to use. I would not trust someone who claimed otherwise. And I would be careful because I have heard of getting expired and out of date products from these sellers. Often, you aren't saving as much as you think here. Sometimes buying from the company itself with coupons works out to be just as inexpensive and at least you know that you are getting authentic foods that have not expired.

Why Medifast Coupons Are Probably The Best And Cheapest Way To Go: Honestly, I've come to just buy all of my products from the company itself. If you are able to find the current coupon codes, you will often get weeks of free food or at least $50 off. Once all is said and done, you're not paying much more than you would for those so called deals where you don't know who you are dealing with and you don't know where the food came from or how old it is. I personally would question someone who claimed to be a dealer as the company itself, as I understand it, is the only one to distribute the products. Third parties do offer coupons, but they aren't the seller (unless they purchased the product and later decided not to use it.)

Hopefully, I've shown you that the "cheapest dealer" is the company itself. They are very generous with coupons and the basic women's program with a decent coupon works out to just over $2 per meal. I think that it's hard to do much better than this at other and questionable places where you aren't really sure what kind of quality and freshness you are getting (and you don't have much recourse if you are disappointed.)
