More than half of all Americans live from paycheck to paycheck. This means that people are going to need help every once in a while, and payday lending and other quick cash methods are thriving. Payday lending isn't the seedy business that many people make it out to be. It's a place where good, hard-working people, just like you and I, can turn for fast money when we need it. Unexpected expenses always seem to hit when we don't have the money to cover them, or have to sacrifice other things to make sure that it's paid for. Payday loans are simple.  All you need is a bank account, a job, and proof of who you are.  The payday lender will look at how much money you make each month/week/pay period and determine what a fair amount to lend you is.  You pay the loan back after you get paid next by writing a post-dated check that will be for the amount borrowed, plus interest and any fees that they charge.  The check will be cashed after you've deposited your paycheck, so as long as you make it to the bank to do that you have nothing to worry about.
