Today's economy has turned many people on to the much advertised coupon game. We've all seen some sweet mother with a fist full of coupons buy $200 of groceries for 35 cents. How does she do it and where does she get those golden coupons? Here are the places to find and get coupons for your every day needs and even for big ticket items.

1. The Internet is of course the number one place to search and find coupons. There are some many coupon Mom sites available today that a quick Google will result in a multitude of choices. However, be warned that when you sign up you will probably get a flood of emails from vendors. I set up a separate email account to collect these coupons and keep them out of my daily email account.

2. Contacting vendors directly through the mail or Internet can also result in some coupon goodies. They will put you on their mailing list and supply you with timely coupons and sometimes free samples., which is always a good thing.

3. Some eBay sellers sell coupons by the bulk at a very reasonable price. They will get you started and can keep you supplied with specific coupon requests. Make sure you check their approval rating and that they have a good track record from formal buyers. Only pick a highly rated seller to assure good coupons.

4. The local newspaper is another standard coupon supplier. Sunday and Wednesday are the two days you will see the most coupon offers so even if you don't have a daily subscription, pick these two days up.

5. Magazines and local flyers are a source of coupons that many people miss. Collect these items and keep them in a folder. Pull them out when you have a little free time between appointments or activities. Every little coupon can add up to big savings in the end.

These are just a few ways you can find coupons and I know there are many more. Just think about what you buy and figure out a way to get a coupon for it. They're out there.
