My question to the world today is why is there a rush to jump into a relationship. In all of my 31 years of living and going through previous relationships, I can honestly say that friendship ALWAYS out last relationships. Friendships last forever because there is genuine love, concern, truthfulness, and selflessness way we handle our friends. We tend to be able to tell them anything of importance and no without a doubt that they won't use it against us. We love their company and the fact that we can be our true self, because we were friend 1st and they no when something is wrong without telling them.
Relationships tend to happen because a girl reaches a certain age and feels the pressure of losing her beauty or feels the need to be apart of something, woman were just not raised to be alone, they were taught from the day they open the eyes, you are beautiful and you must maintain your beauty if you want a husband who must be tall, dark, and handsome. Oh, he most definitely better have some MONEY, was never taught to follow your heart, make sure he treats you the way you want to be treated, the way he makes you feel when your with him, or to make sure you have some things in common that will complete the both of you.
Men on the other hand, from the beginning, were taught that you must become strong, never cry, MUST make MONEY, if you have a lot of girls, you're the man, and never tell a girl you love her, cause she can turn CRAZY, and the list goes on. Men never think about marriage to they're a little older, maybe 20s, but definitely in the 30s and 40s after we feel we lived life to the fullest and we're ready to settle down. Our favorite quote is "I'm cool now, I have nothing to prove, I had my fun." Which is crazy, but this is often the case from city to city, state to state, and country to country. A man focuses all his energy on becoming RICH because he knows everything falls in place after that, he becomes strong and powerful to himself, and to the women, he becomes something they must have because he has everything she wants or was taught to want, he is at the end of the day, SECURITY, for financial reasons, a symbol to her girlfriends that she has made it and isn't in the pool of uncertainty like they are. So they both get together for different reasons and then they break up cause their bond wasnt strong enough to pass through all the trials and tribulations of life, so they divorce or break up hating one another and best believe the woman might be hurt but she will receive half of everything, even though she didn't earn one cent, which is fine cause kids are not cheap but they're not HIGHLY EXPENSIVE as to paying in some cases $50,000 a month to even $100,000, this is NEVER the case for men, we MUST and HAVE to deal with it regardless.
So in ending I say please make sure you test your friendship before it turns into a relationship, a lot of heartache, money, and hate can be alleviated if you are friends 1st.
