What's the Fuel to Success in Any Business and Network Marketing?

Good News! As all the things in life, all have a reason to be. It's interesting to see many companies, but not all notice their success rely on one hundred percent of the associates. No matter what the general manager thinks, no matter the policies and procedures are. There's a universal law that applies to us. I called a Red Button. Everybody has one. Its says "Make me feel important". Of course, it's imaginary.

In other words, the success relies on the support of all team members. The only impediment between you and what you want is the support of others. For example, a director depends on subordinates to perform his or her instructions. If something goes wrong, management will fire the director, not the associates or employees. Try not to use this word so many times, use associate, will make them feel better. Sales people depends on customers to sell products or services, without them, they fail.

So now, its time to ask? What I have to do to get the team members support me and the company?

The big secret is how you as a team leader, manager or whatever position you have promotes good interpersonal relationships. Remember all members are important inside organizations. So many times we think of having high positions inside the enterprise will guarantee success to you and to your company . Let me tell you, the answer is no. It's not your title, is not your position. It's the quality on how capable you are building strong relationships with your staff. I will go further, may be you have the authority, but lack of leadership and influence to make them to success. Do not forget the Red Button I mentioned on first paragraph. This is all about . Let me give you an example. It's not the same thing when you tell to an associate "you did not finished the project yesterday" instead of " I'm very proud of you. I know you are working hard, thank you". For a moment imagine you are the associate. Which expressions will make you feel better and valuable, of course the second one. Make everybody feels happy, its our responsibility and part of our success. Here are some rules to please people. Read it, but put it on practice. They will work and will help you to improve your relationships.

First, learn to recall names. Fail to do so may indicates you are not sufficiently interested. Be a kind person, that way won't be an impediment to be with you. Practice to like people till you learn to do it sincerely. Do not let escape to say a word of congratulations for the achievement of someone, or express affection in grief of disenchantment. Acquire the virtue to be calm and tolerant, that way you will not get annoyed. Try to be interesting, the people will obtain something worth to be with you . Get rid of behaviors and postures that may affect your personal reputation and finally try to resolve any differences you may have with your staff members. Remember they will respect you because of your actions, not your words. Put this on practice on daily basis and make the difference.
