Yoga is becoming famous nowadays. It's is not a only a physical exercise but a lifestyle as well. Now, one thing that is important to consider when you are doing yoga is the clothes that you wear. Pajamas are good if you are doing it at home.

But sometimes you do yoga in pubic especially if you enroll in yoga classes with some friends perhaps. Wearing the right attire then could be a problem. The best clothes you will wear in doing yoga are those made of light cloth. You might have neglected this point but choosing the wrong attire could affect your yoga exercises. It makes you lazy.

Buying new clothes for your yoga is impractical. Just go find the lightest t-shirt and shorts you have at home.

Don't choose those heavy cotton shirts because when you will be sweating while doing the exercise, it will absorb more sweat than the light shirts. Avoid wearing jeans also, whether they are long or short. They are hard and not stretchy. Tight clothing is recommended for women because usually they are flexible, giving the body a lot of room to stretch out as your limbs are tested. To wear black clothes also is good because it can help you to sweat a good deal, which also helps you to burn some extra calories. Capris is also ideal for women doing yoga. This kind is usually made in dark colors, stretchy and light.

You can be barefooted or to wear sandals doing yoga is fine. Choosing a good and comfortable sandals is important if you don't like to be barefooted.
