Well, thats a $1000.000 question if ever there was one, and I'm sure if the truth were known, one that is seldom asked when first starting out, either subsidizing, or replacing your existing income by means of a internet based business.
Lets face it the web is full of various different ways to make money, some good, some not so good, and some are out and out scams.
The good ones are great if all you need is opportunity and product, If only life was that simple. Lets approach this from a newbie point of view, the first 2 issues, in reality can be easy to find, what is lacking 99% of the time is support, coaching and hands on tuition, how to market the product, where to market, what works, and what does not, where to spend your money to get the best ROI, and of course where to market for free
From experience I know that probably the single toughest part of starting out with your online business is the feeling of isolation, sure its great for a while, but as you start to gain some confidence, you need people around you to bounce off, swap ideas, ask questions, communicate with, learn from, you need people around you to help develop you and your skills, and more importantly you need someone behind you when it all starts to look a little bit tougher than you first thought, and it will.
To help you along the way a little, and save you countless hours of hard but fruitless work, here a few things you may want to consider before investing any of your hard earned money
Do you know how to market yourself, do you know how to market your product, do you know where to market. Do you know how find and drive targeted traffic to your website. You have probably heard the saying " the moneys in the list", do you know how to build that all important list, then build a relationship with your list and turn them into buyers. Do you really want to invest thousand in building a high converting website, Do you have any support when it gets tough, do you have anyone to answer the 1,000,001 questions that you are going to have.
The list could go on and on and on, but you get the idea.
So take your time, don't jump into the 1st thing that catch's your eye, if you are serious about earning your living online, then invest sometime to do the research.
